Payment Policy

1. Overview
This Payment Policy applies to payments made on magmaskins.com, operated by SUPERNOVA DONATIONS LTD, company number 15596785, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom WC2H 9JQ.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are 18 years or older, legally able to make the payment, authorized to use the selected payment method, and agree to this Payment Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and the Refund Policy.
Payments on Magma Skins are made for digital in-game items and related platform services. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Accepted payment methods
Available payment methods may be shown at checkout and can vary by country, currency, risk checks, and payment provider availability.
- Card payments, including Visa and Mastercard, where available.
- Additional payment options offered by the active payment provider at checkout.
- Platform balance or store credit where this feature is available in the user account.
Magma Skins may add, remove, limit, or refuse payment methods at any time for operational, security, regulatory, or payment provider reasons.
3. Payment authorization and order confirmation
An order is not confirmed until the payment is successfully authorized and accepted by the payment provider. A checkout page, payment attempt, or pending bank authorization does not guarantee delivery.
- The final payable amount is displayed before the customer confirms payment.
- The customer must provide accurate billing, contact, and Steam trade information.
- Orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment verification, fraud screening, KYC, AML, or trade checks cannot be completed.
- If payment is authorized but the order cannot be fulfilled, Magma Skins may cancel the order and process a refund according to the Refund Policy.
4. Prices, currencies, fees, and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. If the customer's payment account uses another currency, the bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply exchange rates, conversion fees, cross-border fees, or other charges outside Magma Skins' control.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, displayed prices include applicable platform charges but may not include separate fees charged by banks, card issuers, wallets, or payment processors.
The customer is responsible for any taxes, duties, payment provider charges, or bank fees that apply to their purchase under their local laws and payment agreement.
5. Payment security and verification
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Magma Skins does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on its own servers.
- Transactions may be screened for fraud, abuse, sanctions, AML risk, account misuse, duplicate orders, and suspicious payment behavior.
- Additional identity, age, ownership, billing, or payment verification may be requested before delivery.
- Magma Skins may refuse, cancel, or hold an order if payment risk checks fail or required verification is not completed.
- Users must not use stolen payment details, unauthorized cards, compromised accounts, bots, VPN abuse, or any method intended to bypass risk controls.
6. Failed, declined, duplicate, or pending payments
If a payment is declined, expired, reversed, or not completed, the order will not be processed. The customer's bank or payment provider may still show a temporary pending authorization; this is normally released by the payment provider or bank.
- Duplicate payments should be reported to support@magmaskins.com with the order ID, payment date, amount, and proof of payment.
- If a duplicate payment is verified, Magma Skins will process the appropriate correction or refund through the original payment method where possible.
- Magma Skins is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, incorrect customer details, Steam restrictions, or failed trade confirmations.
7. Refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Because the service concerns digital in-game items, purchases are generally final once the item has been delivered or the digital service has been performed.
Customers should contact Magma Skins support before opening a chargeback or payment dispute so the issue can be investigated quickly. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may lead to account suspension, cancellation of pending orders, restriction of future purchases, and recovery of costs where permitted by law.
